Each one-hour TRX small group class features a focused 45-minute workout, allowing extra time for arrivals, fitness coaching, questions, and recovery. Every session begins with a targeted warm-up designed to prepare the joints and core for asymmetrical and suspension training movements. The main conditioning block emphasizes strength, stability, mobility, and controlled high-tension exercises to help you move and feel better. We conclude with a restorative cooldown to support recovery and regulate the nervous system.
Our monthly class schedule is posted by the end of each month, providing you the flexibility to plan ahead and stay consistent with your training.
Group Size: Maximum of 4 participants per session for a more personalized coaching experience.
