
As an ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach, Functional Aging Specialist, and TRX Coach, I specialize in guiding women through perimenopause and menopause with intention—focusing on holistic fitness, strength training, mobility, and sustainable habits that elevate energy and overall well-being. I am especially passionate about working with older adults—helping them maintain independence, restore mobility, and build the strength needed for everyday life. Whether it’s improving balance, reducing pain, or simply feeling confident moving again, my approach integrates nutrition coaching to support their fitness journeys.
My approach is deeply personal. After going through my own struggles with depression and anxiety, fitness became more than just physical change—it became the foundation for rebuilding trust in myself. It taught me how to hold myself, how to show up even on hard days, and how to realize that I am capable. Through movement and strength training, I found not only strength in my body but resilience in my mind.
